A novel method for estimation of stress concentration factor of central cutouts located in orthotropic plate

The purpose of this paper is to present a new method based on the regression analysis for estimating stress concentration factor different cutouts in orthotropic plates. existence an explicit relation terms mechanical properties can be approach analyzing viscoelastic Little research has been conducted provide relationships calculate theoretical concentration.
